• Shipping Time: 5–10 business days (depending on destination)
• Tracking Info: Sent via email 2–3 days after processing
Please note that processing time is not included in the shipping duration. Delivery times may vary due to customs or courier delays, but most packages arrive earlier than expected.

We know plans can change that’s why you can edit or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, orders are processed and can no longer be modified or canceled.

Lifetime Warranty
Scooby Toys products are built to inspire lasting fun and we stand by that with our Lifetime Warranty.
This warranty ensures 100% replacement for any item that arrives defective, damaged, scratched, or dented.
Each warranty covers one product and must be purchased with or before shipment. Once your item has been delivered, warranty coverage can no longer be added.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you have 30 days from delivery to request a refund or replacement.
To process your request quickly, please provide:
1. Order number
2. Email address used for the purchase
3. Reason for replacement/refund
4. Photos of the product and shipping label
Send these details to support@scoobytoys.com.
Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
Requests made after 30 days aren’t eligible unless your product is covered under the Lifetime Warranty.
